THE 12TH MAN MONDAY 28TH MARCH 2016 NORTHERN IRELAND V SLOVENIA NATIONAL FOOTBALL STADIUM AT WINDSOR PARK, BELFAST 7.45PM KICK-OFF For full info visit Welcome from Gary McAllister Hello and Welcome to the latest edition of the 12th Man. All eyes are now firmly focused on France and the games against Wales and Slovenia are an important part of the preparation for Euro There s also a lot of important work taking place off the field as well. Welcome from MICHAEL O NEILL It will be great to be back in Belfast for the first of our two home games before we head off to France. Our preparations are well under way and we plan to take full advantage of the upcoming matches. The Wales and Slovenia fixtures are all about having the team together, making the most of the game time and providing an opportunity to assess the players who may be making the trip to France. It is devastating for Chris Brunt who will miss out on the finals, and we will have to work hard to fill his place. We welcome a couple of newcomers to the squad in Michael Smith and Conor Washington, who we will be keeping a close eye on over the next week. These are fixtures we want to win, to continue to play with confidence and to keep our momentum going. And we look forward to doing so in front of the best fans in the world. The AONSC is currently working with a number of agencies including the PSNI, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Irish FA in order to deliver a Fans Embassy service for Northern Ireland fans. Each of the competing nations in France will offer an Embassy service for their supporters, providing on the ground assistance and advice with issues such as lost Passports or lost match tickets. The AONISC has provided this support to Northern Ireland fans through our network of volunteers at numerous away games and we will again be volunteering at Euro To help with our preparations, we are offering a Fans Embassy service in Cardiff. Our volunteers will have a static Embassy in the Walkabout at St Mary s Street in Cardiff on matchday between 2-4pm and we ll also be doing our own walkabout during the morning and afternoon. You can also contact us on our Mobile Network number which is Enjoy the matches!
