GENERAL OBJECTIVE Unify the teaching statutes 1278 and 2277, discarding what disadvantages us, to have a resignification of the teaching practice in Colombia. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Create strategies that allow you to move from one ranking to another without much inconvenience Propose that the state finances the training of its teachers taking into account the needs of the country HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE The plan of action for the unification of the statutes in Colombia is clear that its goal of fully fulfilling 100%, if not at least 80%, since it is intended to provide educational quality. In order to achieve the high quality level, it is important to take into account how teachers are motivated, they must be recognized socially and with remuneration, which are competitive with other professionals. Equality between classmates is also evident since the change of the statutes causes an inequality and the workload, being a demotivation for the teacher, causing a poor educational quality in both private and public institutions. WEATHER OBJECTIVE WEATHER Unify the teaching statutes 1278 and 2277, discarding what disadvantages us, to have a two years resignification of the teaching practice in Colombia.
