DRO will be assessing as thelesson developed  TimeLesson Activities: Starter; Tasks; Modeling; PlenaryDifferentiation StarterOutline of LOandthesuccesscriteriaMainsession Will be on the board (DF1) as they arrive and collect their books,students are to ponder what are the most important inventions of alltime. This will be followed by an opportunity for discussion andreflection on the answers given (AFL) Go through the LO and the differentiated success criteria (DF1 andDF6) Set out the main task and the extension (all sheets are in books) (DF1,and DF4) Students will then have the correct amount of time to complete all thedifferent stations. Pay particular attention to the rules.DRO and TA will each work with one particular group (DF2 and DF3) As students travel between the different stations, they will have time tocomplete the tables but also to begin thinking about the extension taskwhich will be attempted in the second part of the double lesson (DF4) Students will again look at the differentiated success criteria (DF6)(AFL) and assess themselves against it with the1: All resources areproduced using adyslexia friendly font2: TA is in this lessonand will be workingwith an assignedstudent3: DRO will be workingwith one group duringthe carousel activity4: Extension task isavailable for thestudents to complete asthey go along5: A simpler starterexercise is available foethose students whowish to have one6: Success criteria areleveled allowing fulleraccess for all studentswithin the class  ReviewPlenary ‘I think I am at … and I think this because …’ (AFL) Students will then carry out the plenary exercise on the keynote (AFL)Safety Issues: Students will be perambulatory at certain points duringthis lesson, DRO will monitor and will make necessary adjustments.Please see the keynote slides for the full instructionsResources: Keynote, Information for tables, tables for students, extension exercise, simpler starter,Homework: None for this lessonDue in date: N/A
